Please read carefully before making your purchase. We only provide a full refund for orders canceled within the 14-day cooling-off period or defective product claims valid by Vesirio. All orders made through Vesirio online store are made-to-order pieces, sourced and created according to your request, and we are not required to provide a full refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase for any personal reason.
Each piece of jewelry can take several days to several weeks to create from start to finish, depending on the details of your order. However, some articles may be accepted for exchange or partial refund if returned in a saleable condition within 14 days from the date received. Please note that there will be no refunds on custom-engraved merchandise and any custom-made jewelry.
Return Policy
Your Right to Cancel
You have the right to withdraw from your contract with us within 14 days (cooling-off period) without stating any reasons and receive a refund from us including any associated shipping fees that you have paid (we will not refund you any shipping fees paid by Vesirio). The cancellation period will expire 14 days from the day you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires possession of the last item in your order. To exercise the statutory right to cancel you must inform us by contacting us in writing via service@rolary.com. To meet the cancellation deadline, you must send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.
Due to the made-to-order nature of our Products, all products are made to your request and we will source and purchase materials for the production of your products. In this regard, after the cooling-off period has expired, unless Vesirio is solely liable for the failure to fulfill the Order, you will be charged 40% of the order price to recover our expenses for canceling your order.
Without prejudice to your statutory right to cancel, we offer you the option of returning items ordered from the Vesirio.com website within 14 days from the date on which the status of the package is shown as delivered. The return option allows you to return items to us, even after the 14-day cancellation period has expired. However, for returns that do not result from a breach of the Terms and Conditions by us, we will not cover your shipping fee and will only refund up to 60% of the price you have paid for the product.
Damaged or Defective Product(s)
Subject to any specific warranties we offer in relation to particular Product(s), or those which are implied by law, we do not provide any warranty or guarantee on our Product(s).
You shall be deemed to have accepted delivery of the Product once you have signed the delivery form of the delivery service. You should inspect the Product(s) when you receive them for defects or damage and confirm that the Product is in a merchantable state and corresponds to your Purchase Order. Suppose you find a defect or damage, or the products you receive are incorrectly supplied on delivery, or any other discrepancies arise. In that case, you must note the details of any damage or error in supply, take enough justifications such as photos, and inform us within 14 days from the date on which the status of the package is shown as delivered. After 14 days, the Product shall be deemed accepted. You must return the products to us as soon as possible after informing us that the products are damaged or have been incorrectly supplied.
If the Product(s) are found to be damaged or defective before delivery to you (through no fault of your own wearing or use), please contact us and we will repair or replace the Product(s) or refund the price paid by you where this is reasonably practicable, including any delivery charges you paid, provided that you have not worn or used and damaged the Product(s).
Change an Order
If you would like to change an order before receiving the Order Acceptance Email, please contact Vesirio customer service at service@rolary.com. We will attempt to accommodate order changes to the extent possible prior to production confirmation.
As the order prices may differ after changing the order, you should communicate the details of the change with our customer service, who will examine the possibility of the change and provide you with a quote for the new order. Some changes will result in a shipping delay.
Due to the made-to-order nature of our Products, we are unable to accommodate changes on special order requests and/or orders that have already started production. If the production of your order has already started, please contact us to set up a merchandise return once you have received the shipment.
Non-returnable Products
Except for products that are damaged or faulty upon delivery, or Products that are delivered incorrectly, Vesirio will not accept for return personalized, engraved, customized products, or other merchandise that is specified as non-returnable at the time of purchase.
Timing and Instructions for Returns
If you choose to cancel the Contract after the delivery of the product, then you must contact us by email for a Return Merchandise Authorization and return the Product(s) to us in accordance with the instructions of customer services.
You must return the Product(s) to us within 14 days from the date on which the status of the package is shown as delivered or within 14 days after providing notice of cancellation. If you do not return the Product(s) within the above-mentioned period of time (whichever occurs first), we reserve the right to collect the Product(s) from you at your cost.
You must ensure that you take reasonable care of the Product(s) while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we reserve the right to deduct the cost of any deterioration, up to the price(s) of the Product(s), from the refund to which you are otherwise entitled.
In order to be eligible for a refund, your purchase must come back to us in its original condition and packaging, accompanied by all original documentation. Misused jewelry or jewelry altered by a third-party jeweler is not eligible for return.
A Vesirio-created loose lab-grown diamond purchased through Vesirio.com can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund to the purchaser's original payment method. Each diamond must arrive in its original condition, with its original purchase receipt and Diamond Certificate, and must not have been previously set.
The diamond grading reports are extremely expensive to replace and as a result of this, Vesirio requires each diamond grading report to be included with each returned diamond. If you do not include the diamond grading report with your return, you will be charged a replacement fee of two hundred euros (200.00 €).
All returns out of the cooling-off period require a Return Merchandise Authorization and reason for return. Refunds are processed within 20 business days of items being received.
If you choose to ship the Product(s) at your own cost, we advise you to ensure the Product(s) are adequately insured during the return journey. Please use a trusted courier, as Vesirio is not responsible for packages lost or stolen in transit coming back to us for a return.
Product(s) may only be accepted for return at locations assigned by Vesirio. For international returns, the customs duties/taxes paid will be refunded, but your shipping fee is non-refundable.
Refunds
So long as the Product(s) are returned in accordance with the terms hereof, we will refund the price of the Product(s) up to 60% (subject to a 40% of cancellation fee and any deduction we are entitled to make due to your use or damage of the Product(s)) for returns that do not result from a breach of the Terms and Conditions by us. If the return is due to our fault or omissions of responsibility, we will return the full amount of the price together with the cost of standard delivery, if paid at the time of purchase. All refunds will be issued to the original form of tender within 20 business days when:

We send you confirmation by email that your Order has been canceled; or

We have received the Product(s) you have returned to us in a timely manner as detailed herein, or if earlier, from the day on which we receive evidence that you have returned the Products to us in a timely manner.
